Europe Shipment Update!

Hello Scholars!
We got the report from Fulfillment Europe! At the moment, they are shipping around 200 orders a day and plan to finish the Fulfillment for all of Europe by Friday 29 November!
I recommend checking Spam for emails, and don't worry if the email you receive in German; it's all normal!
I also remind you that in some orders, the Erasmus Expansion may be missing, this is a problem already solved by FE, and therefore you will receive it separately within a few days without having to take any action.
Finally, I remember that shipments for the Rest of the World (RoW) will start immediately after the end of European Fulfillment.
I spend only a few words for a controversy born on the board these days as some retailers have started selling Dungeonology at a hugely discounted price, which has led to many complaints.
I can understand your initial disappointment, but I want you to notice that with your participation in this KS, you have not only bought a game, but you have helped this project to be born.
For your help, LMS has provided you with a series of exclusive contents whose value, let me point this out, is immensely superior to any discount offered by retailers.
The sense of participating in a KS is all in this. If you want a discounted game, you can take it at a lower price in the many online retailers who make monstrous discounts on every game they sell.
If you want exclusive products and have the satisfaction of helping a project to be born, then participate in a KS.
Both options are valid and offer advantages and disadvantages. It's up to everyone to decide which way to go.
I hope these words help everyone understand what they want from a KS.

USA and CANADA shipment update

A quick update for US and Canadian shipments directly from an official statement from Quartermaster Logistics.
I had already shared it on our social media on the board, but as some of you rightly recommended, it should be communicated with an update!
"Hello to all backers of Dungeonology by Ludus Magnus Studio. We know that you've been waiting for our team to begin the fulfillment of pledges for US and Canada. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the start date of fulfillment has been pushed back slightly from this week to the upcoming Thanksgiving week.
This is our busiest shipping season of the year, and we miscalculated just how much we'd be shipping throughout the month of November. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We hope you'll be enjoying all the amazing looking Dungeonology products we have in house, ready to go, upon their arrival to your door.
Our team wishes you and yours an amazing holiday season!"
So next week is the week!
For all the other areas fulfillment is regularly continuing, within the middle of next week, we will have a report on the shipment for Europe and Australia, which should end just right the next week. We will keep you informed with a new update!

Wave 1 Shipment Report

Hello Scholars!
Welcome to this quick update to inform you about the wave 1 shipment status and tell you what we did at this year's Spiel!
Wave 1 Shipment
As you know, the Dungoenology arrival on your tables is near, and already some lucky Asian Backers have received Wave I, but let's take a look at the state of the shipments:
EU,UK, and RoW - The Fulfillment is currently underway, and many backers are receiving their package, and the others will receive it in the coming days. The Shipment for the RoW will start when those in the EU zone are completed.
Asia - Fulfillment is completed! If you have not received your package, contact us to solve the problem!
USA & Canada - The fulfillment company is finalizing the procedures for the preparation of shipments, which should begin in the coming days!
Australia - The Fulfillment is currently underway, and many backers are receiving their package, and the others will receive it in the coming days. The requirements for the RoW will start when those in the EU zone are completed.
When you will receive your package, you can use this Card List to make your check.
An Important Note: Circe's Bay and Erasmus are multilanguage packs so inside the boxes you will find the cards for all 7 languages in which it is translated, do not be afraid if the packs of the cards show the first card in Chinese, opening them you will find the cards of your preferred language, you will only have to divide them from the others, et voila! You will be ready to play!
A small boxing error for the Circe Spanish language, you will find 4 Manimals cards instead of 8, the 4 missings will be inserted in the Wave 2. Don't worry; this won't interfere in your games since these cards are mostly reminders, and 4 are more than enough; also, if necessary, you can use those in English (or in any other preferred language).
Let me remind you that with this first wave you will receive:

Erasmus (Optional Add-on)
Cards Sleeves (Optional Add-on)
Finally, I take advantage of this update to remind you of our contacts for missing boxes and Replacements. - If your order is missing any items, open a ticket using our Support Page. The missing item will be sent to you directly from the reference HUB in your area. - If you find damaged or missing material inside a box, submit a request using this FORM.
We are waiting for our shipment that we will make available the components for the replacements, so we will respond to your requests, but we will not be able to start shipments until we receive our package.

LMS is about to leave for the Essen Spiel 2019!
We hope to see many students at our 2F112 booth in Hall 2 to see Dungeonology in all its glory a few days before your boxes arrive!
You can chat with us and play with the authors Diego and Danilo (D&D) while you admire the fantastically painted miniatures, and why not? Playing a game of DEI - Divide et Impera, our new fantastic game that will be on KS from November 5th (remember, remember).

EU,UK, and RoW - The ship arrived in Hamburg in recent days, and Customs procedures have already begun. Fulfillment operations will start in the next two weeks! Rocca Civetta is really close!
Asia - As already mentioned, the Fulfillment for Asia is still in progress, so prepare your tables (and tea).
USA & Canada - The ship Cape Pioneer is on the way, ETA 26 October.
Australia - The ship Lisbon is on the way, ETA 20 October.
When you will receive your package, you can use this Card List to make your check.

Wave I Shipment update!

Hello Scholars!
A quick update to inform you about shipments!
Europe and RoW: the ship will arrive in port on 16 October to Hamburg, and from there you will have to wait about ten days to complete the fulfillment procedures. In the next 48 hours, you will receive an email to change your shipping address if you need it. If you don't need to change your address, you can ignore this email!
USA and Canada: We are waiting for the name of the ship ready for departure with an ETA of arrival set for November 5th (remember, remember).
Oceania: this ship is also leaving with an estimated date of arrival for the second half of October. Here too we are awaiting the name of the vessel.
Asia: the Fulfillment is ready to go, even the Asian backers will receive the email to confirm the address in the coming days. Within a couple of weeks, shipments to Asia should be completed.
That's all for now, but I'll keep you updated with new updates and on the board, so keep an eye on the messages!
